In order to work safely in a vehicle or machine cabin or a control room, Brofil has introduced an entire range of operator cab pressurization and filtration systems, which are suitable for practically every use in the on-road and off-road sectors of the road transport and the shipping industry.
A Brofil overpressure system creates a safe working climate for the driver/operator and protects him/her and the equipment against contaminated air and exposure to harmful gasses. This due to the availability of optional carbon/coal charged filters that are available for any specific requirement or application.
The filters of the Brofil system remove any harmful substances and fumes from the contaminated air. With an accuracy that removes even particles that are smaller than 0.1 mg/m3 a constant monitoring and alarm when the air quality changes to 5ppm/m3 is incorporated in the system and installed in the cabin or work environment.
The uncontaminated air is then blown into the work space, which causes the air pressure in the cabin to be constantly higher than the outside air pressure. This excess pressure prevents contaminated air from leaking into the work space.
